For FHE last week we headed to the North Liberty Pool. We pretty much had the whole thing to ourselves, and the sloped entrance was perfect for little kids. Luckily, I had my little point and shoot camera in my bag and was able to get a few photos of the trip. Lance taught Evelyn some swimming basics, which she loved and now she can't wait for swimming lessons this Fall.

Evelyn woke up the next morning with pink-eye, which eventually went through our whole family along with another illness last week (and currently...as I type this with a fever and sore throat). I really hope we didn't catch it from the pool because we LOVED it, and can't wait to go back!
