New House and Washington Part 2

I am slowly catching up.  We are still in-between places right now, but we found out yesterday that this little baby...

is probably, definitely going to be ours by the end of the month. Wahoo!
After four houses lost to not being able to appraise, then being sold to cash-buying investors, we found this bank-owned beauty, and the bank was willing to work with us (aka: lower the price $20,000, put in two new AC units, and pay for closing costs...yeah, some major stuff here) In a sellers market, we are feeling sooooo grateful right now. It really is a miracle.  We are still riding the roller coaster of buying a house in the Arizona housing market though, so don't be surprised if you hear we didn't actually get it...we won't be!

Meanwhile, more pictures from our trip to Washington...

Grandma gave them bags to collect shells
...and Addi only collected seaweed. She said it was her pretty plant.

Tye zoned out here for about five minutes and the only thing that brought him around was a cookie.

If there is one thing my kids love it's animals.  They LOVE them, so this little farm was perfect.  They got to pet, feed, and see tons of them up close.

One of the days we were there Evelyn, Emma, and Addi fell asleep on the trampoline together. And wow, Addi's hair...I don't know what happened, but obviously it is always a good time at Grandma's house!
