Coconut Lime Cupcakes

Ingredients:

•    1 vanilla cake mix

•    1/3 cup oil

•    1 1/4 cups coconut milk

•    3 eggs

•    1 cup sour cream

•    1 cup coconut

•    zest of one lime

•    Frosting:

•    1/4 cup butter

•    4 ounces cream cheese

•    4 cups powdered sugar

•    zest of one lime

•    Juice of one lime

Directions:

Mix cake together and Bake at 350° for 19 minutes

Frost when cool and garnish with some lime zest curls.

For a different taste, replace lime ingredients with lemon!
